Washing machine

A complaint was lodged for non function of the IFB washing machine which was under warrenty, on 30th April, 09 but till 6th May, 09 no service engineer has been attending. I have been calling their call center and their local office at Bangalore om 28530789 but there is no response. With great difficulty I got the service engineer's number Mr. Senthil 9844780761, but he refuses to take calls anymore. My complaint ticket number was 29811494.

I want to sue this company for the damages and also loss of time as I was waiting for the service engineer from monday till wednesday (4th to 6th May)
