IFB MAXI DRYER - 2 MONTHS NO SERVICE

I registered a complaint for my IFB cloth driyer on 4th Apil'09. There is no resolution till now.

First (for 6 months happenign agian and agian) they put low quality part which wear or get damaged easily and now for lasst 2 months they have stopped coming ffor repair even after i have neen calling the customer care dept every 3rd day.

The dryer is lying waste and non functional.

Noida service centre is worst.

Have spoken and escelatedto ppl like Asit Samanta, Behmsen. They are useless - no not want to work or solve issues being raised by me. Least bothered in the service part.
