NEVER EVER BUY AN IFB PRODUCT. 1ST CLASS PRODUCT WITH 3RD CLASS SERVICE SUPPORT.
In my 30sc2 microwave, Start & stop keys are not working and complaint to your customer care was given on 27-09-09 Cust No. 1475716 & complaint No. 3547264. Now the microwave is fully not working. Till date (26-10-09) no body has turned up. This is a repeat from IFB service that a compliant is attended after many requests. Previously problem was attended after a month. In a year if your product is useless for a month then what is the use of purchasing it. A complaint was lodged in IFB site also previously. I am fed up with IFB. I have recommended all by family & friends never to purchase any IFB product. Yours is heights of 3rd class service.
