I have had a problem with my washing machine. The filter was blocked & soap was not going through.
After repeated calls, a technician by name of Ganesh turns up on 27th Oct. He cleans a small filter at the entry point of the machine & the filter outlet & charges me 300 for it. He didn't bother to check the working of the machine.
On the 31st I realized that there was a block again. I called the company on the 2nd & they sent a person on the 4th who said something had to be changed. Since I was not at home on the 5th I called him on the 6th.
On the 6th I reminded the company in the morning to send the person which they promised. Since no one turned up by noon I called up the office to be told that Ganesh says nothing wrong with the machine & he needn't come. After 5 calls to the service manager & branch manager they sent someone who replaced the part that needed to be replaced & said the bearings needed to be replaced. If he hadn't checked this the drum would be damaged & I would pay for the drum too which would have to be replaced.
This is not the first time I have been treated thus. Had a similar experience with Ganesh with IFB dishwaser. Hope justice will be done
