Drying not prope

I had bought IFB Elena model on 27 Nov But since the day i bought this machine the dryong is not proper. There is good amount of water left behind even after its full cycle. I lodged the complaint which was attended also. Though it worked for initial few days but again the condition became same after sometime. Not only this even if i put a pinch of washing powder more than the reqd amount it again shows the same symptoms whereas this is not the case with the same model of IFB which is at my relatives place. What is procedure if i want to replace the set or incase i want to go in for higher model?
