I purchased ifb 20SC2 microwaveowen of ifb from jyoti electronics meerut vide bill no.1048 on dated 16.12.08, the centre wheel (star shape) has broken in only a short period. i am tyring to book complaint at toll free no. and customer care no. but no response. please retify the problem. my contact no. is 09837304450
