Casual attitude and no customer service

My IFB washing machine is under Warranty and I am in Patiala. I logged the complaint on 8/2/09 regarding spinning and rinsing Problems on toll free No. and got the complaint No.2704811.

11th Feb. engineer come and told that one rubber inside the machine has damaged that need to replaced. He told that it will be replaced after two days when thay will receive it from Ludhiana store as the same is not available at Patiala. We repeatedly called his Mobile no. but shown the inability as the faulty parts are not available He gave us the contact no of area manager 9988346637 .On calling this no. no one responded. Such attitude of such a reputed firm is unexpected.
