Drum of the Machine Replacing

We contacted the customercare executive for IFB washing machine on 14-04. The complaint number provided by the executive is 2923682. A technician came to my house and examine the IFB Digital Washing Machine and told me that the Drum of the machine is out of order and to replace the Drum. I agree to replace the Drum. After that I contacted the Service Centre at Kannur (Kerala) somany times. But tilldate (09-05) the machine is not repaired. This is very upsetting and cannot be expected from a company IFB level.
