TO MUCH VIBRATION AND NOT SWING BOTH SIDE

Dear Sir,

we have prurchased above make washing machine in June. I have facing problem on the above subject. and inform to his costmore complaint service toll free number. They were give response that service engineer will reach within 24 hrs. but he was not reach at my home. Agian i was complaint and got same responce but service engineer was not reached. it is happens many time from three month. Now i am disided to go through your side.

please help us.
