Not working properly

Dear sir,

I had bought an ifb elena washing machine few years back and it is not properly working now. Its drums are shaking during rinsing and it makes a lot of trouble that it is also leaking, so we can't work on the machine . so kindly take proper action . we had already informed this to the service man and he had also not responded properly we had bought it from texmo agencies kayamkulam.
