Dear Sir/Madam,

Since I purchased this machine I am spending time calling your complaint service without result. Initially the machine used to vibrate heavily during spinning, consequently it stopped spinning and finally stopped working. In view of the above experiance with your service center we are planning to return the machine. We may have to seek consumer court's help if failed to return the machine. However we will wait for your reply. We purchased the machine in Visakhapatnam. I hope you will do the needful.
