I have purchase Washing machine of model Elena DX on 19-11-08 at Srinivasa Electronics in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. The service person of the company has installed the product on 21-11-08. Today it was stopped in the middle of the washing with loud noise. he has given customer care no. 1860 425 5678 but it is not working. I request you to kindly attend the complaint at the earliest please.
