Scratch card offe

I have purchased IFB Elena DX w/m in november. I was promised a scratch card. But it was not with the delivery person when the delivery took place. Later after repeated follow up and complaint, one person (Suresh - mobile 9922819005 turned up with only a card in April. When I scratched the card, the gift was a 28 pieces microwave cookware and Rs 101/- off. He promised to bring the items ASAP, but never turned up since. I have registered a complaint on IFB's 'customerservice@ifbglobal.com' id and the ticket number is 2607009. This complaint is still open. I received read recipts but never any response.

Please direct me to the proper person/department to escalate this issue. I am already in discussion with my lawyer and checking the possibility of taking help from Consumer Courts in this case.

IFB's customer service is really very poor and they have no willingness to attend their customer grievences.
