I complained on 22.9.08 and got the complain number 2207403 on your 24x7 helpline number. Your technician came and said that the cabinet has to be replaced. I gave him the go ahead to replace the cabinet. But till date I have not yet received any of your personnel or information regarding this. Yesterday (19.10) I received a new complain number 2316558 . As my machine is under AMC, but still I am facing huge problems. I hope you will kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
