IFB FULLLY AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE
Installation to be made

I purchased IFB washing machine on 08/03/09, i am waiting for installation for one week but still not installed and nobody turned up from the company in spite of the repeated request to the help line, no service persons are attending the machine, I am not able to understand the reasons for their casual attitude. I am surprised that no higher officials even bothered to take any action. I can't expect such a minute negligence from SUCH A BIG AND RENOWNED COMPANY!
