Washing Machine- Not working

The washing machine was repaired by company engineers in the first week of March-08 and since the same was not in warranty, the engineers suggested to take AMC of Rs 1685. The AMC was taken.

The machine stopped working again and a complaint was registered on 21st March (Complaint no 1644448). Till date the problem has not been addressed and repeated calls to their call centres is not yielding any result. The call centre gave the mobile no of person inchange of Mumbai zone, spoke to him but never bothered to call back and also not answering my calls now.

Helpless situation, want IFB to return the AMC money and I will get the machine rectified by a local vendor.
