IFB /Micro Oven 25SC2
Non receipt of starter kit & recipe book along with micro oven

I have purchased IFB microwave (customer id-2036930) oven from CSD depot Bengal Area Kolkata on 8th Oct' 09 but no starter kit and recipe was provided to me as CSD had not received the above items from company. The company is supposed to supply it along with the micro. CSD has written on the bill that it is due and asked to approach the company. When I approached the company, they told it was supplied to CSD but the company rep who came for demo said that it has not been supplied and asked me to collect it from the branch. Again when I approached the branch they told to liason with CSD. The company is acting irresponsibly. Even after lodging complain they did not turn up within 24 hrs which they are supposed to do (Ticket No. 3618026 dated 13/10/09).
