IFB / Micro-oven model 30SC2
Corrosion in the cabinet

In my within warranty IFB micro-oven (Model no. 30SC2) had corrosion in the inner body (cooking cabinet). Though it is made of stain-less steel. It became very much unhygienic. I lodged a complain to IFB on 08 Jan at 10:00 pm (Complain ticket no. 2599885 dated 08 Jan). Within two days, one representative of the company visited our house & inspected the unit and confirmed the warranty failure of the unit’s inner part. He informed that company would replace the part. However, till date despite of several request to the company’s Kolkata service centre, no action has been taken to repair/replace the part of my machine.
