Person not attending, calls made several times

Dear sir /madam

i have purchased micro wave of ifb

firstof all we complaint to service centre at ujjain to mr.dighe befor 15n days as gate was not opening but it was in working condition

mr. dighe came after an hour of working finally the gate was opened of microwave but it stop working

then he told that it was problem of switch and he will get it replaced.

but from that day he has not came and switched of mobile and once he picked up landline number that is 0734-4041398 and told that he will be coming in evening, but he didn, t turned up

i am helpless and now i m writing to customer care to support in this matter
