I bought a Brand New IFB microwave on 8th July-08. I called IFB executive for the demo when i discovered that the machine is not working only. Executive guided me to book a complaint again at the call center stating non functionning of machine. After numerous call's and reminders a technician visited me and removed a part (motor) from the machine and assured me of comming back with the new sparepart (motor) the next day. I still continue calling service center relegiously everyday and am getting a response of getting machine either re-placed or corrected the sameday. Nothing has moved till date and problem remains unresolved.

The original camplaint was lodged on 21st of Aug and its been these many days and the issue has not been resolved.
