IFB Microwave Model 30SC2
Poor Service

Dear Sir

I have purchased IFB Microwave Model- 30SC2 on 09 Nov and the same was delivered to me on 10 Nov vide Invoice NO DEL/NTS/3098/08-09 from Okhla Industrial Area.

On Delivery I was not given recipe book. After repeated complaints to Customer care as well as dealer no action was initiated. Now it is very difficult for me to decide whom to approach as no one takes responsibility.

Please suggest me whom to contact as I have already paid full amount.
