Service of my microwave oven is not done so far. I have not recieved any correct information from malappuram service center. I contacted Mr. ANIL (All kerala service manager COCHIN) many times. He didnot give me any information regarding the service. His response to customer was not proper and rational. Please give me the correct information whether you are ready to give me service or not?
