IFB MOCROWAVE OVEN
Non-working of IFB Oven

I had purchased a microwave oven (IFB brand) from CROMA, Link Road, Malad (West) in March. However, since 26th December the same is showing problems and not working properly. I have lodged several complaints with CROMA and IFB, but in vain. CROMA person Mr. Vikas (Mob.: 9769712919) always promises but no one attends the call. Several complaints have also been lodged with the IFB call centres but in vain.

Kindly do the needful.
