Timer Problem

The machine is not completing the full wash. The machine stops in between itself and we are not able to open the door. The conplaint was booked five days back and I was assured everyday morning that the problem will be attended that day itself. But till today nobody has turned up. We office goers have no other option than to depend on the machine. But your service is very worse. Please take immediate action. I want the problem to be solved immediately as the machine is under warranty.
