I have bought IFB/SENORITA DX from Nelloor Home appliances Thodupuzha, Kerala on 28- august. I called the service man many times for its installation. Inatead of reapeated calls and in person they have not yet consider our requirement since the date of purchase. What has to be done for using your product. Hoping that all the services will consider seriously for the customer satisfaction.
