Stopped working after only 2 wash

And new IFB washing machine has stopped after only 2 washes. Repeated request to replace ment for another new machine is not having any response from the manufacturer or dealer in Coimbatore. We bought this in endof Aug installed in the beginning of September stopped on 12 th sep.
