Pathetic After Sales Serivice

I got my washing machine door damaged on 20th Oct and had lodged a complaint with the IFB customer care. there is no respons after that from them.. when I try to call them, they say they will fix it that day or the next day..Till now no body has bothered to call me or come to fix it..

I never expected such pathetic after sales service from a company like IFB. I think they dont have a strong service chain anywhere in India (my case happening at chennai).

I would strongly recoommend the readers not to go for IFB appliances in future, as it is like a pain in the a...
