IFB WASHING MACHINE
Not attending the complaints

I am Harish Chandra from New Delhi, 23 days before on 2/11 I have registered my complaint regarding some proble in my IFB washing machine. Even after my repeated calls to the customer service and the Service Manager of IFB no one has attended the complaint till date. Ticket/Complaint no. 2375383 dt. 02/11. The service deptt of the company is really spoiling the name of IFB. My brother was planning to but the same machine but after hearing my experience regarding the companies after sales service he changed his mind and looking for another brand.
