IFB WASHING MACHINE
Poor service

My machine was purchased before 5 years, Just after 2.5 years a sound came from the machine and give the complain to the service manager. Try to rectify but not. Within 2.5 yers the sound was so developed it was not in a condition to operate. Trying to rectify it again call the Service manager, and open the machine since 1.5 months and neither the cover drum containing bearings reach to us nor the IFB Care centre, BBSR/Service Manager, Balasore receive the phone call of us. We cannot think what we will do.
