IFB WASHING MACHINE
No one come to attend the problem

Hi,

I have recently purchased a IFB washing machine on 14th of Dec. I have try to log a complaint by the next day and left voice message in the IVR but no one seems to be calling me as per the IVR message. The whole week there is some telephone problem with IFB. Finally i send email same week reporting that the new washing machine is not picking up the soap powder when washing. Also told that the water force is okay before entering washing machine but the force inside the washing machine is not okay to flush the soap powder. Finally a guy called and ask me for my availability but never turned that day inspite of several calls to him and he continue to promise to come within 1hr or 30mins or 10mins. I called him thrice the same day but i received sms that the issue is resolved on the same day. I logged the call again but the support didn't record the call as they have technical problem. Again i send email to them no use for that. I called again and logged a new call, no one seems to be turned to my home or even call me for a week. I never see such a poor service. No one seems to be responding properly. This is my new machine and have horrible experience with IFB.
