I request your kind attention to the following. For my IFB washing machine complaint booked on calling phone number 19014255678 on 11-10 and remainders on 29-10 and 05-12, no positive response till date.

The service engineer of your service station of Pondicherry, one Mr. Boobalan, who is residing close to my close, by a walkable distance of few meters, did not pay good response.

Meantime, I spent Rs.4000 for rectifying the machine privately and so I request you to pay the amount to me immediately and thereafter I request you to cover the AMC period upto 17-03 as per the contract please.
