IFB WASHING MACHINE
NO SERVICE UNDER WARRANTY PEROID

We bought our washing machine on 1st dec. We had some problem with our wasing machine and posted our complaint to IFB COUSTOMER CARE on 4th oct. Since the date we had the same problem with our machine but there is no service done. We also posted our complaints on 22-04, 12-05, 10-10, 12-11, 16-11.Sevice people attended but had no comments about the problem with the machine. We had our wasing machine warranty till 1-12.Since we faced the problem, we made another complaint on 12-12.Now the service man said that the problem is with the motor and we had to replace it or it will not be working and it costs 5000/-.

Please action regarding this problem.we are forced to wash our clothes with handssince last one year.i had posted mails to your care centre number of times but there is no reply. Please do take severe action regarding this problem.
