Repair of washing machine which is under AMC valid upto 1-3

My IFB washing machine is covered under AMC valid upto 1-3. I made a complaint to the Chandigarh office about five days back. Some person from the company came the next day and told that some component has to be changed. He promised to repair/ change the component on the comming day. Despite my repeated telephones to your office at Chandigarh and assurances given by the person attending the calls, no body has come to repair the machine. I do not know the reasons for the delay. If there is some problem then I should be informed so that some alernative arrangements could be made. Negligence and carelessness on the part of your office has been causing great incovenience and avoidable expenditure on the washing of cloths in the washing shop for which you company is responsible.
