My IFB washing machine is under AMC. The machine was in non openable condition for 20 days, with clothes inside. Further to repeated calls, the mechanic opened by breaking the cover and left in open condition, whcih can not be operated. I am in chennai. In spite of the repeated request service persons are not attending the machine.
