IFB WASHING MACHINE
Poor service under AMC

I am owning IFB make washing machine, for which I feel shame due to poor service under AMC at Chennai. Fisrt the call centre is not attending the calls. Even complaint is successfully made, service engineers are not attending. At last if the service engineer visits, they are not competent to rectify the problem. Due to added problems day by day, we are washing the clothes by hand for more than two months.
