Frequent problems

Sir t, the IFB washing machine has been owned by me since 2002 Right from

the beginning, it is not up to the satisfaction. We had opted AMC, which has its

full utilisation throught the year. Replacement of drum. gasget IC etc., still the

temperature control IC has not been replaced by the mechaanic in spite of AMC.

Also the staff of Thanjavur unit are not that much well versed in handling or rectifying

the problem. THEY never turn to our call. We are inan idea of selling this machine

and switching over to a better company. My colleague who had bought this machine

four manths back, is crying, saying that he should not have bought this IFB, for there

is no quick response from the customer care people. If this condition persists, we are

sorry to say sir, we will have to inform oour nears, not to purchase IFB WASH

MACHINE, as far as THANJAVUR is concerned. Please see to it seriously.
