Unhelpful attitude of local service centre

My ifb automatic washing machine is not functioning properly. i have lodged complaints with the local service centre at pathankot many a times but no one has attended the complaint. Now their mobile no is also not in order. i need your intervention in the matter. could you kindly treat it urgent.
