IFB WASHING MACHINE
Poor, non existent service

My washing machine under AMC got weird sound on 8th jan. 09 I lodged a complaint. Inspite of repeated complaints, tel. calls nothing happened for 2 months. I got in touch with vendor (Pankanj electronics), who were helpful. IFB called to inquire and when we told our problem stilll nothing happened. Finally after calling vendor again, I got the no. of Manager whom I called and then finally it was repaired about 10 days back (almost 3 months after i lodged 1st complaint). It worked fine for about a week and then it started leaking water, I lodged another complaint on 30/3/09 but so far nobody has bothered to call or visit. It is lying unused!
