IFB/washing machine
THERMOSTAT PROBLEM

I had purchased a ifb digital washing machine on 01.10.2007 with a 24 month warranty from white planet, m.g.road, ernakulam Kerala. Earlier on two occasions i had problem with the machine and was reported subsequent to which the thermostat was replaced. subsequently on the advice of the service engineer a cad[stabilizer] was bought vide freeze india engineers bill no.3818 dated 25.08.208.

Even now the same problem persists. This has become a inconvenience to the smooth functioning. Requesting you to kindly solve the problem permanently.
