I am appalled and disgusted with IFB services... I am at my wits end with anger and need an explanation about my complaint. 3125711
I am Mona Punjabi and i called the center to complaint about my washing machine on10th of June at 11.30am. I have clothes in the machine, the door refuses to open and the water and foam is leaking out of it in my kitchen. I told them its an emergency and was told someone would come asap. I know that the limit is within 24hrs. i left work and sat at home waiting for that someone to turn up.
next day when there still wasn't any help in sight, i called again and again and each time I was told "we are sorry and we apologize for the inconvenience... some one will come." this line was beginning to sound very patronising!!!
i was also told i would get a call back informing me of the status. No one bothered to call back... i must have made at least 8 calls. today is the 12th june and my clothes are still soaking in soapy water without any one turning up.
Why do you make such big promises when u have no intention of keeping them?
I will advice each and every person I know, NEVER EVER to buy any IFB products. You charge a yearly fee for my AMC and treat me like this?
I demand an explanation, a full refund of my amc fees since u have breached the contract... and if my clothes are damaged due to this in any way.. im going to sue IFB for damages.
