Faulty Machine given still no action

Sir,

I have bought IFB Washing machine Elena model from Jain Traders, Thane (w) a year ago.

Since we bought it, it toring our cloths and even after dozens of complaints, no considerable measures were taken. Dhandeep services which are official service providers for IFB just do nothing other than sending technicians which do nothing other than visiting. Operator Farah and incharge Yogesh from dhandeep services are very arrogant and irresponsible and they don't know how to talk to customers.
