IFB WASHING MACHINE
No service inspite of Machine covered under AMC

I have paid AMC worth Rs. 2, 200 to IFB for the period May 08 to May 09. There is not even a phone call for service neither anybody came during this period. However they PROMPTLY called me for renewal from may 09. I have regisetered complaint with IFB on 20th Apr 09 (ref: tck no. 2943875) and followed on 9th May 09 (ref tck no. 3008894) and further followed on 21st May 09 (Ref. tck no. 3051191) and the STATUS IS SAME and IFB has not taken care till today (22nd june) to close the issue
