I am the new user of washing machine. when i call IFB Sales executive Mr. Shahnavaz cell No. 9370952792 tell me for demo launch a call to call centre . i am launching call the he say after two days demo man come to your home but after 2 days no one come i again call to me. shahnavaz he say me i will call you after 2 minusts from that he will not call me . when i call him he also not took my phone. This is not a correct and proper method to takle the complaint of customer. we never suggest any one to buy IFB products
