Drum Corroded

I had bought an IFB washing Machine- Senortia Plus in May. During the routine call of the service engineer within 3 months of purchase, they recommended to use DESCAL (Probably to achieve their sales targets) a powder which they said should necessarily be used for removing scales. However after use of the product, the stainless steel drum got corroded. On complaint to IFB, I was directed to contact the authorised service manager who can never be contacted.

Having spent to a close to 25, 000/- for the machine and it accessories, I repent for buying IFB Washing machine.

Through this forum, I request to have a second thought before buying an IFB Washing Machine.
