IFB WASHING MACHINE
No service inspite of AMC

A complaint was lodged with IFB Customer Care at the Phone No.052239004321 on date 22 July for the repairing of my washing machine. The Complaint no. is "3291352". An AMC for my washing machine is in force.

We are a working couple and hence it was requested that the executive from Ifb should come in the evening hours. However the complaint has not been addressed till now, and I am facing lot of problem with a non working washing machine in the rainy season.

The sole intention of a washing machine is being defeated; and especially the contracting of AMC is proving of no use.

It is requested that the matter be looked into at the earliest and my machine be made functional at the earliest.
