IFB WASHING MACHINE

Dear Sir,

A Brand new washing Machine was purchased from Girias on 2nd September. Around 12th of this month the machine is not working. A complaint was registered and a technician came and worked on the machine. Again it was in the same condition. after repeated follow-up a new technician was sent for Repair, even after that the problem exist. Around six complaints has been register with repeated follow ups but no response from them. I want the machine to be replace and a compensation be provided for the negligence of service.
