Lack of Proper Service

My name is Sarosh Tukina, residing at Andheri (E). I have made a complaint on 5.7.09 ticket No.3219248 which was attended on 7.7.09. I was told at that time that the motor is to be replaced. From that day, till day I am just following without a proper answer. Andheri service centre as given me a mobile No. 9322829977 which is many a time not answering. On 30.7.09 I was assured by an executive from Vasi office (Ph: 32942362) that motor will be send to Andheri service centre by 31.7.09 and motor will be replaced at my residence on 1.8.09. But on finding with Andheri service centre the motor was not send to them and trying to each the person at Vasi, but none of the numbers are answering.
