On a problem I called up service centre, from where I didn't get proper response. Later I got the central complain centre number and they did send a person. On coming that person said that it will be better if you sign a annual maintenance contract then this following repair would be free of charge, you have to just wait 1 month and then register a complain. So I went for it and now after nearly 1 and half months since last 3 days I am calling up customer service and non of their people are coming. After Sales service is the biggest issue in India and needs to rectified with each and every company.

Now it seems we have been cheated just to sign the AMC.
