Never Buy IFB Products.

I bought a Washing Machine about 7-8 weeks back. After some days it started give problems. Till date i have been able to register only 8 complains as some times i was not able to register complain as my previous complain were pending.

IFB customer care people are not at all helpfull as one person directs you to other person. I have called top person like Mr. Jain On 09370950250 / Ms. Saloni on 09322829977 / Ms. Kum, kum on 022-32942362 in Mumbai / Mr. Rohit on 08323044800 who is in Goa.

Each time one part to other part is changed or refited but in 7- 8 call's the machine is not ok.
