IFB WASHING MACHINE
Frequent troubles in the operation since purchase the machine

A IFB make front load washing machine Senorita-DX was purchased from M/S Ashoka enterprises, Jwalapur Haridwar Vide Invioce No 2079 dt. 4th oct. 2008. Since the date of purchase, the machine has been giving frequent troubles in its operation. The matter was reported a number of times to the service centre at Dehradun. Even after their visits/ servicing the machine has failed to provide the required services.

I am forced to request your goodself to take up the matter at appropriate level and arrange to replace the above machine. It would not be out of place to mention here that my old machine had rendered much better hassle free services for the last 14 years.

Under the above circumstances, we are very much upset with the operation of newly purchased machine Senorita-Dx which is giving troubleful services within three month of Purchase and my wife is washing clothes manually.

In view of the above, it is requested that suitable action may please be taken to replace the above machine within one month failing which I shall be forced to take the legal action.
